When I joined Calbee Group (UK) Ltd, we didn't have a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in place. From my previous experience, I knew a good WMS could make a huge difference, so we evaluated options on the market and selected Optima as the best fit for our needs.

A major factor in choosing Optima was the support options available. Our operation never stops, so having access to a knowledgable and friendly service desk team was essential. With Optima, we have multiple ways to reach support, which has proven very reliable and convenient.

Throughout the sales and implementation process, Neil Bennett from the Optima team, along with other colleagues, made it clear that Optima offered a user-friendly system. The whole team was approachable, and the implementation process went smoothly, with support available whenever we needed it.

One of the features we value most about Optima is its modular structure. This flexibility allows us to adapt the system easily, adding or removing features as our needs change. Other WMS's I've used have often overcomplicated things, but Optima's simplicity and adaptability perfectly suit our operation.

The main benefit of using Optima is its ease of use and reliability. From RF Scanning to extensive reporting options, it covers all our requirements without excess complexity. If any issues arise, we know we can contact the support team directly, or even work with Optima's in-house developers for customisations, whether that's tweaking the system, creating new reports, or making configuration changes.

Optima has also been a huge help in overcoming challenges with BRC Accreditations. We used to manually record packaging details, but with Optima's support, we now have an automated process that generates electronic reports, reducing human error and helping us monitor compliance. We've even integrated this report as a training tool, so if information is missing, we can identify gaps in our scanning process and provide targeted retraining to improve accuracy.

For potential customers, I'd say Optima is incredibly user-friendly, and the support team is top-notch. With its modular design and in-house development capabilities, Optima can be tailored to meet almost any process requirements, making it a valuable partner for any business.
