I first implemented Optima WMS over 15 years ago at a previous company, so when I joined Trek, where they were using both Optima and another system, i immediately saw the benefit of consolidating onto Optima as the sole Warehouse Management System. Having used Optima before, I was confident it would meet all of Trek's operational needs and offer a more streamlined solution.

Beyond functionality, Optima's ability to interface with multiple couriers and supplier systems was critical for us. Their expanding list of integrations has been a great advantage, allowing us to connect with a wide range of partners seamlessly.

Although I wasn't involved in Trek's initial project with Optima, I have always found their team to be highly knowledgeable and skilled in addressing our needs. They are quick to assist with any queries, making for a smooth and efficient collaboration.

The integration capabilities of Optima with various marketplaces, such as Linnworks, Shopify, and Woo-commerce, have been instrumental in enhancing our operation. The system's robust reporting tools allow us to produce insightful data for Trek and our clients, and any customisation requests are handled swiftly to meet our evolving business needs.

The biggest advantage of using Optima as our WMS provider is the ease of use and modular approach. Optima's integration methods, from FTP to API, and features like automatic tracking updates, have saved us substantial time and administrative costs. While there are still additional features like Courier Management Software (CMS) that we haven't fully explored, the current setup continues to drive efficiency and cost saving.

Optima has also been extremely supportive in helping us explore and assess new functionalities, like additional courier integrations and customer interfaces, ensuring we can make informed decisions based on operational needs and budget.

To anyone considering Optima, I'd highly recommend it for its simplicity and ease of use - it's an efficient, reliable solution that has been a real asset to our business.
